New Mexico attorney general sues Jeffrey Epstein's lawyer and accountant
New Mexico Attorney General Raúl Torrez has filed a civil lawsuit against Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn, who served as Jeffrey Epstein's longtime attorney and accountant, respectively. The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, alleges that the two men facilitated and concealed Epstein's sex trafficking operations at his Zorro Ranch outside Santa Fe. Torrez is seeking to prevent Indyke and Kahn from receiving further payments for their roles as co-executors of Epstein's estate. Both defendants have previously denied knowledge of Epstein's crimes beyond his 2008 guilty plea.
